\r\n LEAN Mentoring<\/span>\r\n <\/h2>\r\n
It is a unique form of mentoring because the group-mentor collaboration strongly addresses lean management challenges in all areas of the company.\n

\nIt is a series of regular meetings in an intimate, small group of people where participants exchange knowledge and professional experience. Each participant has time to present their challenge, the group inspires with questions and helps to find a solution to the problem.\n

\nOver the course of six meetings, methods and implementation progress are monitored, and innovative ideas are developed.
