LEAN MANUFACTURING GAME
Find out which role you excel in!
Optimize processes, eliminate waste, and achieve operational excellence with our innovative simulation game
Optimize processes, eliminate waste, and achieve operational excellence with our innovative simulation game
What is it?
Lean Manufacturing Game
It is an innovative simulation that immerses participants in a realistic manufacturing environment, where they take on the roles of employees in an agricultural machinery factory.
The goal of the game is to optimize the production process by eliminating waste, reducing lead time, increasing work efficiency, and improving the quality of delivered products.
This dynamic and engaging experience combines learning with the practical application of Lean Manufacturing principles.

What is the game about?
In the game, participants are transported to a simulated factory specializing in the production of agricultural machinery. Each participant is assigned a specific role within the production process, allowing them to experience various stages of production from the inside. Roles include working on chassis production, wheel and bucket assembly, as well as tasks related to quality control, warehouse management, and supply logistics.
The game is carefully divided into several rounds, gradually introducing participants to different challenges related to production and management. In each round, teams must dynamically respond to changing conditions, such as new customer orders, unexpected production issues, or the need for machine retooling.
A key element is not only completing orders on time but also ensuring that the delivered products meet the highest quality standards, while the simulated factory remains profitable. The entire production takes place across eight different workstations, each essential for the final success. These stations cover various stages of production, from manufacturing individual components, through assembly, to final labeling and quality control.
Participants must demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively, manage resources, and identify waste and areas requiring improvement. The game promotes a Lean Manufacturing approach, focusing on maximizing customer value while minimizing waste. It requires participants to apply tools such as line balancing, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and many others.
The game concludes with a results analysis, where participants collectively discuss insights, share observations, and plan further steps that can be implemented in a real production environment.
