The focus of this module is on YOU. We will provide you with tools, and more importantly, opportunities for better self-discovery. What works for you in the work environment, what is important to you in life, how you motivate yourself, and the wonderful part – your dreams and goals.
During this module:
- You will learn about your personality type
- You will discover and confirm your strengths and weaknesses
- You will learn to set goals that you will strive for
- You will gain a clear understanding of your area of interest and project for the duration of the program
The second module focuses on COMMUNICATION. We communicate in so many ways. Effectively, but we are constantly communicating. Silence is also communication! During this module, we also examine digital communication and its impact on conveying our message.
During this module:
- You will discover your best and favorite way of communication
- You will learn how to reach others through different communication methods
- You will learn how to set up efficient and effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for yourself and your team, as well as how to share them best. You will leave with homework for the next month
This module is about CONFLICT. We have discussed communication. The beauty and challenge of communication lie in the potential for conflict. However, we approach it proactively and constructively. We believe that conflict can build, add value, and expand our knowledge.
During this module:
- You will familiarize yourself with working in a multicultural and multi-generational environment
- You will understand intergenerational differences – how to communicate, how to motivate representatives of other generations
- You will learn how to leverage the knowledge and experience of individuals from different generations. You will learn how diverse cultures function in the context of working in an international company
The topic of this module is LEAN OFFICE. We start with an excellent team-building exercise that provides numerous opportunities for self-discovery, learning, and exploring new ways of working and collaborating with others. All of this is aimed at showing you the role of a leader within a team. Without a team, there is no true leader. We then move on to organizing the workplace.
During this module:
- “You will experience teamwork”
- You will learn about the role of a leader
- You will explore change – its role, impact, and, most importantly, possibilities
- You will be able to identify and eliminate waste in office work
In this module, we focus on DECISION-MAKING. We build upon the previous module on change, discussing how it relates to the decision-making process and acting based on decisions. We push the boundaries of effective communication and argumentation.
During this module:
- You will broaden your knowledge of change
- You will learn about decision-making and acting
- You will understand what effective communication entails
- You will practice and explore all aspects of Lean Office, negotiation, and argumentation
This module will provide you with knowledge, skills, competencies, and experiences in ON/OFFBOARDING. We explore various aspects and facets of joining and leaving a team. We aim to show you that both an incoming and outgoing team can have positive and negative impacts, and how to handle them.
During this module:
- You will learn how to deal with potential consequences of someone joining/leaving a team
- You will familiarize yourself with TWI tools and methods
This module focuses on COMPANY EFFICIENCY. The main objective of this module is to prepare you for working with a team and colleagues according to a plan. We will teach you how to build proper relationships with suppliers and colleagues. You will learn how to plan effectively, understand the key factors in planning, and monitor the right things to optimize the company’s costs.
During this module, you will learn how to:
- Create a “production plan”
- What to do if the plan is not achieved
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
This module focuses on PROJECT MANAGEMENT. There are many ways to deliver a project. There are many ways to deliver a project on time and within budget. And there are many ways to deliver a project with a satisfied team. During this module, we explore different approaches, methodologies, and help you find the best ones for yourself.
During this module:
- You will learn about various project management methodologies
- You will learn how to choose the best approach for project execution based on the project
- You will learn how to lead your team to effective work.
- You will discover trends and different project management applications.
This is the final module, and we conclude our journey by focusing on YOU.
During this module:
