I was invited to participate in the first edition of Lean Mentoring by Alicja. Knowing her vast experience, passion, and enthusiasm, I agreed without hesitation. At the first meeting, each participant set a goal, and in the following ones, we got closer to achieving them by answering challenging questions.The intimate group and the atmosphere of mutual support made each meeting an opportunity to share knowledge and experience, and a great inspiration. The discussions continued long after the meetings ended.

The LEAN MENTORING group meetings were a very valuable experience. Above all, it was important that in addition to theory, we also had practical examples of specific actions and solutions. Theory is important, but there's nothing like practice on real-life examples - examples from companies where we work. These training sessions allowed me to improve my communication with my team and introduce new solutions aimed at streamlining both the production process and team management.

I highly recommend working with my mentor, Lean Idea (Alicja Domachowska). Our mentoring program lasted for 8 months, but in reality, it is ongoing because mentoring is a process without a clear end. This aspect sets this model apart from project-based or training-based models. My main takeaway from the entire process is that the goal was the journey, not just the destination. This lesson has had a fundamental impact on my personal growth. This type of collaboration is the most effective way to achieve development.
