What is it?
LEAN Mentoring
It is a unique form of mentoring because the group-mentor collaboration strongly addresses lean management challenges in all areas of the company.
It is a series of regular meetings in an intimate, small group of people where participants exchange knowledge and professional experience. Each participant has time to present their challenge, the group inspires with questions and helps to find a solution to the problem.
Over the course of six meetings, methods and implementation progress are monitored, and innovative ideas are developed. Finally, participants meet at one of the factories and display the results of their work.

What is the structure of the meetings like?
The meetings take place every 3 weeks and last at least 5 hours

The LEAN MENTORING group meetings were a very valuable experience. Above all, it was important that in addition to theory, we also had practical examples of specific actions and solutions. I highly recommend working with my mentor, Lean Idea (Alicja Domachowska). Our mentoring program lasted for 8 months, but in reality, it is ongoing because mentoring is a process without a clear end. This aspect sets this model apart from project-based or training-based models. My main takeaway from the entire process is that the goal was the journey, not just the destination. This lesson has had a fundamental impact on my personal growth. This type of collaboration is the most effective way to achieve development.
